Jackie attained a Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma with Honours at Saskatoon Business College. From here, she acquired experience in detail oriented positions such as Legal Secretary, Data Clerk, and Office Manager. She started at Insightrix as a caller and quickly moved to Data Specialist where her previous experience and knowledge is invaluable.
