Patricia Lenabat – Senior Team Leader, Call Centre
Patricia oversees the team leaders at Insightrix. With her dynamic personality she both energizes the callers and provides direction to the team leaders at Insightrix. Patricia has experience in the call center environment having worked for GC Teleservices. She also has Quality Control experience having worked at Maple Leaf Foods. At Insightrix Patricia also trains new callers and coaches them to become better interviewers and achieve targeted flow rates.

August 26th, 2010 (Saskatoon, SK). A new online poll conducted by Insightrix Research Inc. on behalf of CJME and CKOM radio shows that 55% of Saskatchewan residents either strongly oppose (28%) or somewhat oppose (27%) BHP Billiton acquiring PotashCorp in its recently announced hostile takeover attempt. In contrast, only 14% support such a move by BHP Billiton, while 22% are indifferent on the issue and another 10% are unsure on the matter.
