Office and Call Centre Manager
 
As Call Centre Manager Jacqui is responsible for the interviewing, hiring and training of new staff, monitoring and coaching the staff, as well as quality control. Jacqui is also responsible for ensuring the projects in the call centre get completed on time and within budget.
 
As Office Manager Jacqui is responsible for handling all administrative duties for Insightrix Australia. Jacqui provides administrative support to the Director, Research Manager and Research Associate on various projects.
 
Con-current to her position with Insightrix, Jacqui is studying for her Certificate III in Business Administration.
