VP International Market Development
Currently located in Victoria, Australia, Avril is the acting overall manager of the Australian office for Insightrix. Previous to her current position, Avril was the International Marketing Manager of a manufacturing company, within which her primary responsibilities were establishing international markets. She succeeded in establishing distribution in Australia, Ukraine, and the Middle East with sales into Chile, France, and some Eastern European countries.
Avril also handled the world wide marketing initiatives and market research in her previous position before joining Insightrix. She was responsible for product launches in North America and Australia, implementing existing product redesign suggestions to better fit the market, handling the advertising campaign worldwide, and client relationship management/development. With this extensive international background, Avril has utilized her experience to launch the Australian operations for Insightrix. Responsible for sales and marketing, project management, as well as overseeing the set up of the Australian Call Center, Avril has been integral in managing the Australian Insightrix office.
She completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Marketing and is very near completion of a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Avril has worked in Market Research for almost a decade.

August 26th, 2010 (Saskatoon, SK). A new online poll conducted by Insightrix Research Inc. on behalf of CJME and CKOM radio shows that 55% of Saskatchewan residents either strongly oppose (28%) or somewhat oppose (27%) BHP Billiton acquiring PotashCorp in its recently announced hostile takeover attempt. In contrast, only 14% support such a move by BHP Billiton, while 22% are indifferent on the issue and another 10% are unsure on the matter.
