The Insightrix Data Service team of professional market researchers are dedicated to ensuring that the data collected for our clients is of the highest quality and integrity. The Data Service team supports two types of clients; the internal Insightrix Research Services department as well as external clients requiring data collection services.

For external clients requiring data collection services, a dedicated member of the Data Service team provides an unmatched level of support and attention to detail for each survey project. This includes scheduling projects to specification for data collection, sampling, programming, coding and cleaning, as well as final data file delivery.

Members of the Data Service department regularly program complex surveys and can accommodate custom client requests. Complicated quota requirements are managed to specification, as well as ensuring the final sample is representative of the population of interest. Once the project is completed, our clients are provided a data file in the desired format of choice (e.g. SPSS, SAS, Excel) for further analysis.
