Dr. Suren N. Kulshreshtha, Ph.D.
Dr. Suren N. Kulshreshtha obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Manitoba. Areas of specialty include Economic Impact Assessments, Estimation of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, Climate Change, Water Resource Economics, and Environment Technology Assessment.
Dr. Kulshreshtha currently is a professor at the University of Saskatchewan in the Department of Agricultural Economics.
He has authored and co-authored many chapters in books and publications dealing with economic impacts on a provincial, national and international levels.

Our SaskWatch Research panel members took part in a national study on Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) as a tool to combat climate change. According to this study, public awareness and acceptance of Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) as a tool to combat climate change is higher in Saskatchewan and Alberta than the rest of Canada.
